These services include acute inpatient services, day hospitals, outpatient clinics, general adult, psychiatry of later life services, mental health of intellectual disability, ADHD Eating Disorder & Rehabilitation services including community residencesAcute in-patient care (HSE) is provided at Tallaght University Hospital, St James Hospital & Naas General Hospital.The Social Worker, Team Leader will be an integral part of the multi-disciplinary structure, providing psycho-social assessments of the needs of service users and their supporters to their assigned population group, as well as designing and delivering therapeutic programmes with a recovery-oriented approach.
