Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing the role of the Marketing Manager will be part of the Sales team based in Head office. There will be the opportunity to work proactively and collaboratively with other members of the Evara team as we deliver new neighbourhoods and communities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Marketing Professional who wants to work on exciting residential projects.
Key Accountabilities
Work with Senior Sales Managers to design, develop and execute marketing strategies for Private Sale New Homes Developments
Liaise with Evara Sales team, external Creative & Digital Agencies to execute market leading campaigns
Ensure development campaigns are positioned correctly in the market for private sale developments to ensure high performance sales strategies are achieved
Analyse data from digital campaigns, target audiences to ensure strong audience engagement and lead generation.
Oversee digital marketing strategies for development led projects - Provide strategic analysis and reporting of digital campaigns and advise when strategy needs to be changed.
Asset Design to include brochure concepts, ad campaigns, on site signage and other collateral as required for a sales launch
Manage Development / Community specific events and PR as required
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective campaigns are delivered and cost-effective strategies are implemented.
Drive cost with suppliers
Oversee relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
HubSpot – Key point of contact for the CRM – maintaining and informing on any updates
Ensure agents and digital agencies are updating CRM
Property Portals – point of contact for Daft & My Home – ensure portals are up to date
Monthly reporting to Senior Management on budgets, leads, campaign effectiveness
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5years experience preferably in a Real Estate / Construction environment
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise, multi-task and trouble shoot essential.
Ability to manage own workload and time.
