M&E Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a skilled M&E Coordinator to join our team.
As an M&E Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing M&E design information and undertaking a full design gap analysis in conjunction with the project team.
You will monitor and coordinate the flow of M&E design information to ensure timely release of information for construction activities.
The role involves managing the submission and approval process of all M&E technical equipment as required, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, client, and company requirements.
You will assist with preparing submissions required for BCAR uploads and ensure that specialist mechanical and electrical & sprinkler sub-contractors work within our Safety Management System.
A minimum of 3 years working on site with a large-scale construction/engineering organisation is essential for this role.
* Minimum Degree qualification or higher
* Background in M&E
* Previous experience in Residential, Commercial, and/or mixed-use development H&S awareness
* Time-served mechanical/electrical background
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, as well as experience delivering projects with BIM, Word, Excel etc.
