We are currently recruiting a
Site Manager
for an exciting
new project commencing in Clonmel

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring efficient daily operations
* Maintain accurate site diaries and manage workforce levels to meet programme targets
* Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
* Implement and monitor Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems
* Identify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining safety and compliance
* Requisition materials and ensure deliveries meet specification and scheduling needs
* Organise and attend site meetings to facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders
Requirements
* Minimum
5 years' experience
in a Site Management role, ideally with a
main contractor
* Relevant qualifications in
Construction Management
,
Engineering
, or a related trade background
* Proven experience delivering projects from inception through to completion
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance and manage subcontractors
* Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and attention to detail
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills
* Deep technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry and regulatory environment
