Im working with the Construction Director of a leading Developer, who is seeking to hire a Senior Engineer for a large residential Development in South Dublin .

Role & Responsibilities Oversee technical delivery and quality across all site works.
Setting out and surveying using Total Station and GPS equipment.
Conduct inspections, maintain accurate as-built records, and review drawings and method statements.
Coordinate with Site Manager, subcontractors, and design team to resolve technical queries.
Ensure health & safety standards are fully implemented.
Requirements Degree or diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering or related discipline.
5+ years experience on residential/apartment projects.
Strong setting-out skills and knowledge of Irish construction standards.
Confident on-site with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
