The Supply Chain Performance Manager plays a pivotal role within the supply chain landscape, driving initiatives to enhance supplier performance and mitigate risk. This position focuses on strategic sourcing projects, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
 2. Presentation of monthly performance reports to support informed business decisions.
 3. Participation in Supplier Business Review Sessions (SBRS) to address supplier performance and escalations.
 4. Maintenance of clean and reliable data to inform strategic decision-making.
 5. Contribution to Power BI dashboard enhancements and report development.
 6. Analysis of supplier data to support stocking program discussions and inventory optimization.
 7. Collaboration in process improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
 8. Implementation of supply chain strategy and production transfers.
 9. Engagement with suppliers to reduce lead times and enhance responsiveness.
 10. Alignment of supplier capacity with forecasted production requirements.
 11. Conducting supply chain risk assessments and follow-up activities.
 12. Support for FMEA implementation at critical suppliers and continuous improvement initiatives.
 13. Participation in standardization of supply chain procedures and best practices.
 14. Collaboration with CMs to develop strategies aligned with company goals.
 15. Performance of supply chain management audits.
