Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Assistant Location: Cork Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: €37,500 per annum The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Hotel Maintenance Assistant for a well-established hotel in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional within hospitality - or someone ready to step up into a more structured role - offering a stable Monday to Friday schedule. The Hotel Maintenance Assistant will support the smooth operation of the hotel by ensuring all facilities, guest rooms, and public areas are maintained to a high standard of safety, presentation, and functionality. The Duties Carry out daily maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel property. Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime and breakdowns. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel departments. Maintain guest bedrooms and public areas to a high standard of safety and appearance. Monitor and report any health & safety risks or defects. Support external contractors when required. Ensure tools, equipment, and plant rooms are kept in good order. Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records. The Must Requirements to Be Considered Must have experience in hospitality maintenance. Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI. Visa and relocation packages are not provided. The Salary & Benefits Salary: €37,500 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
