Maintenance Supervisor
Our client is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the maintenance operations of a manufacturing facility.
* Lead a team of technicians, manage rotas and performance metrics to ensure optimal output.
* Coordinate rapid responses to equipment breakdowns on high-speed machinery, minimizing downtime and ensuring productivity.
We are looking for someone who can effectively plan, organize, and execute preventative maintenance schedules using OEE data to drive long-term reliability improvements. If you have experience in managing multi-skilled teams, have strong problem-solving skills, and are able to work collaboratively with other departments then we want to hear from you.
This role requires effective leadership skills combined with technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
