Dublin Contract: 6 Month Temporary Contract Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week Salary: €30,000 €35,000 DOE Start Date: Immediate Start Required Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite A well-established and fast-growing retail organisation is seeking an experienced and highly organised Advertising Administrator to join its Marketing Department on a temporary basis. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day administrative operations of the marketing team while assisting with advertising campaigns and departmental coordination. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team. Assist in the coordination and execution of advertising campaigns. Support content creation, including script writing for TV and radio advertising. Liaise with graphic designers regarding digital and print advertising requirements. Maintain and organise the departments digital archiving system. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and general team administration. Support brand launches and awareness campaigns in collaboration with suppliers and external partners. Assist the wider marketing team with ongoing projects and ad hoc duties as required. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The Ideal Candidate Minimum 1 years experience in an administrative or office-based role. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent organisational and communication skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships. A proactive and flexible approach to work.
