Operations Supervisor Overview
The right candidate will have experience leading a team to high Guest Satisfaction scores.
The Operations Supervisor of this property is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk and Housekeeping departments, including training, development, scheduling and strict adherence to all Waterford Hotel Group guest service standards.
Your specific duties in this role will include
Ensuring Guest Satisfaction and brand compliance
Associate Teambuilding and Development
Communications and Business Plan Follow-through
Financial and Budgetary Goal Attainment
Facility Engineering Plan Development and Follow-through
Overseeing of hotel departments
You must be able to pass a thorough background check as well as be drug free.
