Job description * Schedule and assign duties for your team members, managing their workload and resource allocation effectively. * Manage rosters and absences, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times. * Run shift briefings and meetings to keep your team informed about ongoing activities, tasks, or changes within the organization. In addition to these core responsibilities: * You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service delivery across front-of-house and airside operations. This includes welcoming guests with warmth and efficiency while also supporting flight crews throughout their journey through any issues arising during transit such as traffic congestion caused by emergency situations requiring alternate routes taken etc.
