We are looking for a senior sales leader to drive strategic enterprise opportunities while managing and growing a team of high-performing sales executives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets, both personally and as a team. They will also have experience closing large, complex deals and be familiar with multi-site or regulated industries such as manufacturing or logistics.
The senior sales leader will work across marketing, product, and customer success to drive pipeline, win complex deals, and ensure continued growth in the UK and beyond. They will be a strong communicator and relationship-builder, capable of engaging at all levels of an organisation.
The role involves leading and coaching a team of Sales Executives, owning the number, collaborating with marketing, forecasting and reporting, driving team culture, customer focus, voice of the market, and CRM discipline.
