About the Role

As a Technical Landscape Owner, you will play a key role in ensuring the high availability of customer services by supporting service restoration in critical situations and working proactively on the stability of the landscape.

Key Responsibilities
">
">
* Deep understanding of customer landscapes from technical and business perspectives, including interfaces.
">
* Strong collaboration with customers for planning and operations.
">
* Aligning with upcoming changes and planning their execution.
">
* Analyzing and deep-diving into issues, including creating RCAs as a foundation for continuous improvement.
">
* Supporting productization of services, including initial setup, documentation, and standardization.
">
* Aligning on planning activities and system build processes, defining handover criteria, and ensuring operational readiness of the Operations team.
">

Requirements
">
You will need:
">
">
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, or comparable fields.
">
* Background in SAP technology and products, especially excellent knowledge in SAP NetWeaver Administration and Operations and cross-dependencies like integration.
">
* Knowledge of the entire technology stack (Application, Database, Server management) and the ability to analyze issues and system architectures.
">
* About 7-10 years of experience in operating systems installations is a must.
