Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
* Carrying out office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails etc.
* Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable.
* Maintaining general office files, including supplier, invoices and other files related to the Centre’s operations.
* Document any issues that arise from tenants or clients.
* Monitor general wellbeing of tenants & keep in contact with relations & home helps.
* Ensure highest level of confidentiality at all times.
* Monitor & arrange weekly Meals on Wheels orders.
* Organise monies & billing for clients.
* Prepare order lists & labels for kitchen & drivers.
Requirements
* Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
* Comfortable handling confidential information
* Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organisational & record keeping skills
