The Company Governance and Secretariat Manager will oversee Board and Committee meetings, agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-ups. They will manage subsidiary boards and corporate governance compliance, advising senior management on governance, company law, and regulatory matters.

Additionally, the role involves overseeing corporate policies, statutory filings, and registers, as well as providing guidance and support to junior team members and Board members through induction and training programs.
