Scientific Communications Associate
Our client, a global pharmaceutical organization, is recruiting for a Scientific Communications Associate to join their Global Scientific Communications team. This role will work with cross-functional teams to prepare scientific publications and regulatory documents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Document preparation, development, and finalization/document management
* Data collection and evaluation from multiple sources
* Publishing scientific data in peer-reviewed journals and forums/regulatory documents supporting clinical development/product registration
* Conducting effective document initiation/authoring team alignment
* Building persuasive scientific-based arguments/data presentation
* Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and conciseness
* Quality checks for accuracy, collating reviewer's comments/document adjustments
* Flexibility in developing multiple document types
* Working with teams for smooth document development/timely escalation of issues
* Influencing/negotiating timeline/content changes
* Advocating authorship criteria/work products
* Developing/presenting presentations with internal/external speakers
* Building/managing vendor/alliance partner relationships
* Oversight on individual deliverables/timeline management/delivery of feedback
* Participating in in-licensing/co-development activities/data quality
* Implementing outsourcing strategy/partnering with staff/teams/vendors
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in scientific, health, communications, or technology-related field/or clinical development experience
* Demonstrated verbal/written English skills in medical/scientific/technical writing
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scientific writing and publication preparation, as well as experience working with regulatory documents.
