Louth. This is a key role with hands-on responsibility for coordinating raw material collections across Ireland and the UK. Salary & Benefits: Full training & career progression opportunities Salary - €30,000-€35,000 DOE Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule raw material collections from suppliers across Ireland and the UK, ensuring clear communication and timely pick-ups. Prepare and provide accurate shipping and customs documents, ensuring full compliance with all regulations. Manage daily customer queries and issues promptly and professionally. Check and record material weights accurately for transparent billing and reporting. Enter and process customs information using dedicated software, generating reports and paperwork as required. Work with regulators and internal teams to improve compliance processes, support logistics operations, and solve challenges efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in an office administration position. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and progress within the role and the company.
