Role Profile Based in the Co-op Shares Office, Dungarvan, and reporting to the Co-op Shares Manager, the Co-op Shares Administrator is part of a team that provides comprehensive administrative support through the central contact office to Tirlán Co-op's 11,000 shareholders and to the representatives of over 3,000 deceased former shareholders.
Responsibilities Responding to shareholders queries Handling, managing and corresponding to inquiries by post and email Dealing with external stakeholders representing shareholders such as solicitors and accountants Attending various clinics, meetings, events for face-to-face service for shareholders Ensuring all shareholder information records and share register records are up to date and accurate Reporting and reviewing of shareholder information to assist in the maintenance of the Co-op Share Register Liaising with other departments within Tirlán to provide support to our farmer shareholders Preparation of reports and shareholder analysis Participate on projects relating to shareholders and the share register Working with management in reviewing office processes and procedures Other ad-hoc duties as required Requirements 3+ years' experience in a similar administrative role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Strong working knowledge of IT systems and understanding to help implement system changes and updates Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism, confidentiality and empathy Problem-solving capability to address operational challenges Strong organisation and prioritisation skills Ability to analyse information, provide reports and actionable insights Legal experience or understanding of succession and probate law matters A strong team-player with a growth mindset Understanding of agriculture and farming advantageous We offer Hybrid working Free parking incl.
