Maintenance Manager Role
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our engineering and maintenance operations across multiple production sites.
* To oversee all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensure scheduling is effective, compliant, and aligned to production demands;
* To manage reactive maintenance, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime;
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in similar roles within manufacturing, ideally FMCG or food. Strong people management skills with experience leading multi-disciplinary teams are essential.
