Youll be working closely with the Head of HR in a variedgeneralist HR role, helping to shape an outstanding employee experience while ensuring top-notch HR processes behind the scenes. ??What Youll Be Doing: From recruitment to onboarding, policy updates to payroll changes, youll be at the heart of it all. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day: ??Recruitment & Onboarding Craft compelling job ads and liaise with candidates Coordinate interviews and handle pre-employment checks Prepare contracts and welcome new hires on our HRIS system ??HR Admin & Compliance Maintain up-to-date employee records Process leave applications and manage changes for payroll Keep our policies sharp, relevant, and up to date Update our Staff Handbook and intranet ??Reporting & Support Generate staffing reports and data for key stakeholders Prepare letters for employee needs (PPS, visa, banking, etc.) Support HR initiatives that make work better for everyone ??Schemes & Benefits Administer Travel Pass and Cycle to Work schemes Manage scholarship/internship awards and renewals Issue Hosting Agreements and ID cards ??What Were Looking For: Previous experience in HR administration position operating in a generalist setting (public sector experience is a plus) Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude Confident using HRIS and Microsoft Office tools Excellent communication and organisational skills A genuine interest in HR and supporting people ??Why Join our Client?
