Revenue Manager
This is a key role focused on maximizing room revenue through effective reservations management, digital marketing, and strategic distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through strategic pricing and distribution strategies.
* Manage OTA platforms, hotel website, channel manager, Rate Par, and Rate Wise effectively.
* Track and report on revenue performance, booking trends, competitor activity, and ROI accurately.
* Maintain accurate rate loading and mapping across systems (18+ months in advance).
* Drive direct bookings and minimize commission costs efficiently.
Forecasting & Reporting:
* Create accurate weekly forecasts and competitor analysis reports to support business decisions.
* Support budget planning and track actual performance vs. targets regularly.
* Participate in revenue meetings and contribute to HOD discussions.
Reservations Support:
* Assist with reservations as needed and provide front office support during busy periods.
Digital Marketing & Website Management:
* Collaborate with marketing and social teams to plan and deliver targeted digital campaigns.
* Manage website content, SEO, special offers, and third-party listings strategically.
* Monitor paid advertising and analyze campaign performance regularly.
Email Marketing & Reputation:
* Plan and execute email campaigns aligned with the guest journey and local events.
* Monitor online reviews and guest feedback to support reputation and upselling efforts.
* Review weekly upsell reports and enhance the guest experience through timely communication.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in similar roles, a solid understanding of revenue management concepts, and experience managing OTA platforms. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
