The Maintenance fitter will be responsible for general breakdowns and completion of planned preventative maintenance schedules.Core Duties:Targeted completion of PPM on Production machinery like injection molding machines, facilities equipment, etc.Undertake Mechanical and Electrical trouble-shooting on the production lines and equipmentFlexibility to support planned and unplanned maintenance outages.Maintain high level of machine efficiency and uptime.Periodic safety inspections of equipment.Follow all health and safety rules and regulations. Keep work area clean, safe and orderly.Ability to take appropriate safe action on his/her own initiative to prevent equipment damage or personnel injury during emergencies or unusual situations.Identification of machine performance issues and problem solving efficiently and effectively.Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Maintenance Team Leader.Qualifications and experience:Qualification : Completion of one of the following:Apprenticeship in Mechanical Fitter MAMF as a preference.
