We are working with
one of Ireland's leading providers of disability and community care services
to appoint a
Head of Services
in Roscommon. This senior leadership role is central to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across multiple service areas.
Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership.
* Oversee a workforce of 400+ and manage €30m budget.
* Ensure compliance with national standards and regulations.
* Drive workforce development and service innovation.
* Collaborate with senior leadership at regional level.
Profile:
* Relevant qualification (healthcare/social care).
* 10+ years' experience, with 3+ in senior management.
* Leadership of large teams (50+ staff).
* Proven financial and compliance management expertise.
* Strong communication and leadership ability.
* Full clean driving licence.
