Roles and Responsibilities Advise on a diverse range of corporate lending transactions.
Act on a range of matters covering real estate and development finance, project finance, and corporate acquisition facilities.
Draft, review, and negotiate comprehensive loan documentation and security packages.
Work collaboratively within the team, providing the highest standard of client service.
Job Requirements Qualified Solicitor with 2-5+ years of PQE within banking and finance.
Strong technical background in corporate lending and financial transactions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a commercially minded approach to legal advice.
Admitted to practice in Ireland (or eligibility to obtain an Irish practising certificate).
