Financial Planning Consultant

About the Role
As a Consultant, you'll deliver retirement, pension, and wealth planning solutions to individual clients. You'll benefit from strong internal support and the chance to grow your own portfolio while working alongside experienced colleagues. Key Responsibilities
* Provide clear, tailored financial planning and pension advice to clients
* Develop and manage a growing portfolio across both group schemes and individual clients
* Build long-term client relationships based on trust and personalised service
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an outstanding client experience
* Stay up to date with market and regulatory changes to provide compliant advice
What You'll Need
* Experience in financial services, ideally pensions and financial planning
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
* Commercial awareness with the ability to spot opportunities
* A proactive and team-oriented approach
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: €60,000 to €80,000, plus a strong commission structure.
