Site Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Supervisor to support the successful delivery of projects on site.
As a key member of our team, you will ensure safety, efficiency, and collaboration across all site operations, maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Ensure Correct Equipment is Available and Used Properly: Provide adequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for employees and ensure that equipment is regularly inspected and maintained in good working order.
* Maintain a Safe Working Environment: Enforce safe practices at all times and conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
* Support Contract Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to develop project plans, resource levels, and programme schedules.
* Coordinate Crane Usage and Access: Liaise with clients and subcontractors to coordinate crane usage, access, and positioning.
* Update Method Statements and Inductions: Keep method statements up to date and conduct regular toolbox talks to ensure employees are aware of safety procedures.
* Manage Site Documentation: Oversee the maintenance of labour and equipment registers, site diaries, and delivery notes.
* Liaise with Subcontractors: Ensure adequate resources are available for subcontractors and coordinate daily operations with clients and other trades.
* Resolve Issues Efficiently: Support snagging, variations, and issue resolution, working closely with Design and Production teams.
* Report and Follow Up on Site Issues: Identify and report site issues, errors, and rectifications, following up with relevant teams as necessary.
* Attend Site Meetings and Record Actions: Participate in site meetings, record actions, and share updates with relevant teams.
* Mentor Assistant Site Technicians: Provide guidance and support to Assistant Site Technicians as required.
