The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and driven by continuous improvement and technical excellence.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and optimize routing strategies across voice and digital workflows, including skill-based routing, queuing logic, and agent selection mechanismsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business and operational goalsLead initiatives to improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance in a 24/7 production environmentContribute to the evolution of DevOps practices, including provisioning, deployment automation, and system monitoringTranslate architectural guidelines into practical design and implementation StrategiesSupport incident response and crisis management efforts, ensuring timely resolution and communicationEnhance observability through improved telemetry and monitoring tools to enable proactive supportDocument processes, configurations, and operational procedures to support knowledge sharing and complianceEnsure alignment with IT governance standards and contribute to policy development where neededRequired Skills & Experience:Solid hands-on experience in voice/routing technologies, including SIP, soft clients, and workflow automationFamiliarity with contact center platforms and vendor solutions for complex routing configurationsStrong command of Linux systems, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipeline managementProficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experienced in full software development lifecycleDemonstrated ability to lead technical efforts, communicate effectively across teams, and manage priorities under pressureSkilled in system performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimizationExperience supporting high-availability environments with continuous uptime requirementsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutionsAbility to mentor peers, promote best practices, and contribute to a culture of learning and innovationYou must be based in Ireland, live within a commutable distance from Galway, and have a stamp 4/EU citizenship to be considered
