We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Site Manager to join our team on-site in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional with strong structural and civil experience, who has successfully delivered commercial buildings and residential housing projects. What You’ll Do
* Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain productivity and resolve challenges.
* Interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications.
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Maintain accurate site documentation including progress reports, quality checks, and safety records.
* Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial and residential construction.
* Strong knowledge of structural and civil engineering principles.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in reading technical drawings and managing site documentation.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
* Working towards an academic and or a professional industry related qualification
* CSCS for Managers, SMSTS, CDM/PSCS Awareness, BBS, & S5 Q10 internal workshops
* First Aid at work Certificate
* Lifting Supervisor
* Driving Licence
