About the Role:
1. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with proven experience in business development to showcase and sell our innovative HR & payroll solutions to potential clients.
2. You will be responsible for demonstrating how our solutions can streamline and manage HR, H&S, and employee wellbeing processes for effectiveness and best practice.
3. Your expertise in our products and services will enable you to adopt a solution-led and consultative approach to sales, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for our clients.
4. As a Business Development Manager, you will lead from the front to promote high-quality performance and demo bookings, working collaboratively with dedicated Business Support Coordinators (BSCs) to ensure high performance.
5. Key Responsibilities:
* Complete between 5-7 sales demonstrations per day.
* Manage pipeline daily to promote a dynamic, fast-paced sales journey.
* Self-generate opportunities through social selling and prospect/client referrals.
* Become an expert in our products and services.
* Lead from the front to promote high-quality performance and demo bookings.
* Achieve targets and business objectives in a fully compliant manner.
* Work collaboratively with BSCs to ensure high performance.
* Maintain and exceed the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
* Be a trusted adviser to ensure a consultative and solution-led approach to product proposals.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
