The Residential Services Manager requires support from an experienced professional to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. As Team Leader, you will play a key role in the management and planning of our service, providing person-centered care to adults with acquired brain injuries and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Assist the Residential Services Manager in delivering a quality client-focused service.
">
* Manage and provide support to staff, maintaining rotas, training, leadership, supervision, support/care plans, and communication across various shifts.
">
* Liaise with families and other personnel as directed by the Centre Manager.
">
* Ensure standards are adhered to, including HIQA regulations and reporting.
">
* Manage day-to-day operations and lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements:
">Experience and Skills:
* Third-level graduate in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
* Experience in management and supervising individuals and teams
* Working knowledge of HIQA regulations and RehabCare standards
