Our Client, based in Dublin City, is hiring a Finance Assistant to join their large and growing team. This role offers an opportunity to work with a global law firm and gain strong experience. This is a 1 year FTC position. Call Emma Skelton on 01 845 6302 for more info.
Salary: to €34k DOE

Duties:
* Assisting both external and internal clients.
* Processing of Employee Expenses.
* Managing volume discounts and rate cards.
* Update Funds Received Spreadsheet to reflect any new transactions.
* Assisting with the processing of invoices for the purchase ledger.
* Managing incoming emails to the Finance Inbox.
* Liaising with Partners and internal staff in relation to general finance queries
* Assisting the Finance Helpdesk and covering for other members of the Finance team from time to time.
* Other ad hoc duties
Knowledge & Experience
* 1 year+ previous experience working in a finance focused position.
* Strong MS Office skills in particular excel.
* Good team player
* The ability to work well under pressure
* A flexible approach to work
