As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our Site Services Management Systems. Your primary objective is to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient service delivery.
You will serve as a liaison between clients and Field Service Engineers (FSEs), facilitating clear and timely communication of project requirements, timelines, and updates. You will be responsible for uploading and maintaining all relevant data, documentation, and service records on the management system.
Ensuring site works adhere to safety and regulatory standards is essential in this role. You will upload and manage project schedules within our management system and maintain detailed records of engineer deployment, site activities, and project progress.
Regular updates to your supervisor and stakeholders on project status and resource utilization are expected. Additionally, you will arrange accommodation, travel, and transport for FSEs as required.
To succeed in this position, you must possess strong organizational and record-keeping skills, with excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills. Experience in an administrative role, preferably in electrical, mechanical, construction, or manufacturing, is desirable. A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience is preferred.
This role requires proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Site Services Manager and other internal teams to achieve our goals.
