On the back of continued growth, they require a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.About Your New JobAs a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key support role in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. Working alongside a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors & Estimators, you\'ll support the commercial team in managing project costs from start to finish. Your role includes assisting with cost estimates, contract admin, valuations, and reporting.This is a great opportunity to build your skills in cost management, procurement, and project coordination while gaining real-world experience in the construction industryWhat You’ll needAs Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will be required to have the following:A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (or working towards one)Strong numeracy and analytical skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesBasic understanding of construction processes and cost controlFamiliarity with MS Excel and industry software (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, or similar)A proactive attitude and willingness to learnAttention to detail and good organizational skillsA driving license and site experience are a plus, but not essential.What’s on offerSuccessful applicants will receive a starting salary of up to €55k+ a company vehicle/allowance.
