Hotel Sales Executive Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in a hotel in Dublin. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have a warm personality, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new corporate and leisure business through proactive sales activity, including face-to-face calls and site inspections of the hotel, while effectively managing time between office and on-road activities.
* Develop and implement an annual costed plan for sales and marketing activities that sets clear goals aimed at meeting strategic objectives.
* Submit comprehensive weekly and quarterly sales and marketing reports that describe departmental activities, quantify booked business, and highlight revenue generated within the period.
Job Objectives:
* Raise the hotel's profile and increase brand awareness.
* Develop relationships with local and national media.
* Introduce the hotel to local and international markets and develop a database of loyal guests.
* Track leads and current business, increasing engagement with guests and bookers.
* Maximise revenue across all revenue streams, including bedrooms, food and beverage, and maintenance and engineering.
