As a legal administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of property transactions.

Responsibilities:

* Document Management: Prepare and organize legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and client information.
* Client Liaison: Communicate with clients, estate agents, and lenders to update them on transaction progress.
* Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meetings between clients and conveyancers.
* Transaction Coordination: Track the progress of property transactions.
* Data Entry and Record Keeping: Update client records and transaction details accurately.
* Financial Processing: Manage client funds and invoices related to conveyancing fees.
* Compliance Support: Ensure all conveyancing practices align with regulatory standards.
* General Office Support: Assist with daily office tasks.

Qualifications:

* Hold a qualification in law, business, finance, or similar field.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
* Showcase minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
