Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are looking for a seasoned Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to lead on-site delivery teams.The RoleThis role requires a leader who is as comfortable with clients as they are on project sites. You will be the primary point of contact for the duration of the project, ensuring that the design intent is realized through meticulous management of subcontractors, schedules, and safety protocols.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesClient & Design Liaison: Work directly with architects, interior designers, and clients to bridge the gap between vision and execution.Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring all phases of the fit-out are delivered on time and to a "snag-free" standard.Programming & Scheduling: Lead the programming of subcontractors and suppliers, managing critical paths to ensure seamless project flow.Compliance & Quality: Rigorously monitor construction for compliance with building regulations, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and material selection.Reporting: Provide the Project Director with timely, data-driven updates on progress, budget tracking, and potential site risks.Health & Safety: Act as the designated safety lead on-site, enforcing strict adherence to company H&S policies and statutory regulations.Site Logistics: Oversee the opening and closing of sites, site security, and the efficient management of day-to-day site logistics.RequirementsExperience: Proven track record in construction projects in a leadership capacity.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English is mandatory; you must be able to present professionally to high-level stakeholders.Technical Savvy: Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and mechanical/electrical specifications.Leadership: A proactive mentor who is willing to engage with, lead, and develop on-site teams.Mobility: A Full Clean Irish/EU Driving License is essential.Qualifications: A degree in Construction Management or a trade background with significant supervisory experience is preferred.Benefits & CompensationSalary: €60,000 – €80,000 per annum.Standard employer benefits including holiday pay and pension contributions.Opportunity to lead high-profile projects in DublinA collaborative and fast-paced working environment.How to Apply:If you have the experience and the drive to deliver world-class interiors, please submit your CV and list of successfully completed projects to
