Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Accounts & Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in payroll systems and accounting software to contribute to organisational success. The ideal applicant will possess excellent data entry skills, analysis capabilities, and experience with Excel, Sage and Sage Payroll
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing Customer Receipts, assist with Credit Control.
* Reconciliations of statements, expenses, and credit card invoices.
* Supporting with Quarter end activities.
* Payroll processing Weekly and Monthly. Sage Payroll Software.
* Preparing VAT, PAYE, and other relevant taxation returns.
* Supporting and participating in finance process improvement projects.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in current or previous position.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in Processing Payroll
Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Sage Payroll.
Can work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
