We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager for our Cleanroom division.
The Key Account Manager will ensure efficient service delivery to all our cleanroom clients across the island of Ireland. They will serve as the primary liaison between customers and two cleanroom sites (Birr and Glanmire). The role involves communicating customer requirements to internal departments and providing timely updates on inquiries and deliveries. The successful candidate will cultivate strong relationships with key personnel and decision-makers within our customer base.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and exercise sound judgment amidst shifting priorities. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal stakeholders (production, QA, sales, distribution, stores, credit control, customer service, admin, IT) is vital to delivering high-level service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the General Manager and cleanroom stakeholders with up-to-date data and information from customers.
2. Build and sustain strong relationships with key customer personnel.
3. Regularly visit customers to foster good relations, resolve service issues, review contracts, and retain business.
4. Host weekly/monthly meetings with top 12 customers.
5. Liaise with other departments to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and issues addressed.
6. Upsell new products to existing customers to meet sales targets.
7. Collaborate on tender documents with the GM and sales team.
8. Monitor customer usage, stock levels, and utilize the ABS system for tracking.
9. Generate reports using the ABS system for the GM, including production trends, invoices, and complaints.
10. Plan and execute timely contract renewals.
11. Conduct stock takes, measurement exercises, and product demonstrations for key customers.
12. Coordinate with regional personnel to report on revenue and sales monthly.
13. Manage debt control within the customer base.
14. Position Elis as the contamination control partner and reliable supplier for every cleanroom customer.
Skills and Knowledge:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (Pivot Tables), Word, PowerPoint, and email.

* Full B Licence.
