Job Title: Midwife
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional to join our team as a midwife. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, monitoring their condition, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Antenatal Care: Conduct routine check-ups, provide health education, and support to women and their families.
* Labour Support: Assist during labour and delivery, ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and baby.
* Emotional & Physical Support: Offer continuous care and support throughout the birthing process.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active registration with An Bord Altranais / Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA passport or appropriate work visa).
* Triage training and certification (preferred but not mandatory).
* Mandatory training including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (desirable), Safety Intervention training(formerly MAPA can be supplied by Direct Medics)
* Garda Vetting (cost covered by employer).
* Minimum 6 months post-registration experience
* Experience in high-acuity environments and familiarity with Irish or UK healthcare systems (HSE/NHS or private).
