About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a payroll administrator. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with company deadlines and statutory regulations, while providing exceptional customer service.
You will take ownership of your allocated clients and work closely with other departments to deliver payroll services. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating and executing the delivery of payroll services, managing complex payroll related actions and data, dealing with payroll queries, and generating reports and documents.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating and executing the delivery of payroll services to a portfolio of customers.
* Ensuring accurate and timely payroll end-to-end processing in accordance with set payroll deadlines and statutory requirements.
* Managing complex payroll-related actions and data within the payroll software.
* Dealing with payroll queries arising from clients.
* Generating payroll-related reports and documents.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years' experience working in a payroll bureau or payroll environment. You should have a strong understanding of all aspects of payroll processing and hold an IPASS qualification. Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential, as well as excellent attention to detail and interpersonal & communication skills.

Working Arrangements
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work on a hybrid basis, with Wednesday being a remote working day and other days spent in our Dublin office as required by the business.
