This is an onsite role based in Dublin City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, dependable, and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome, greet, and direct clients in a warm and professional manner.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
* Provide administrative support, including insurance processing, record management, and scheduling.
* Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
* Maintain an organised, calm, and welcoming reception area.
* Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
About You
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Professional attitude and presentation.
* Friendly and approachable personality with a strong focus on customer service.
* Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable working on iMac.
* Strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
* Additional qualifications in Office Management or Administration are an advantage.
