We are seeking a highly skilled Italian Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This role will involve providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Italy, ensuring that their queries and concerns are resolved efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of our products and services, as well as staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
In addition, you will represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in both Italian and English, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a call centre or customer service-oriented role.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner
* Providing excellent customer service and support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Fluency in Italian and English (both spoken and written)
* Minimum 1 year's experience working in a call centre or customer service-oriented role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A driver's license (preferable)
Working Environment
This role will have hybrid working options after a probation period, with the possibility of working from home or in our office in Galway City.
