HR ADMIN
Overview:
VIOTAS is currently looking for a proactive and detail-orientated HR Admin to support the day-to-day operations of the HR function globally. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career and develop in a full employee lifecycle role.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
* In this role you will learn a full 360 degree recruitment cycle including how to ascertain suitability of candidates, interview, and headhunt!
* Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
* Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
* Support the onboarding process including preparing offer letters, contracts, and induction materials.
* Set up new hires in the HRIS system and manage onboarding checklists.
HR Administration
* Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (e.g., BambooHR), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support the tracking of HR metrics such as turnover, absence, and training compliance.
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR communications and documents.
* Maintenance of HR inbox and cloud filing systems.
Policy & Compliance
* Ensure HR documents, policies, and procedures are up to date and compliant with GDPR, APP, and other relevant data protection regulations.
* Support Health & Safety documentation and reporting compliance.
* Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Employee Lifecycle Support
* Coordinate probation and performance review reminders.
* Conduct check-ins.
* Help with offboarding administration including exit interviews and final documentation.
* Monitor and manage leave entitlements and support absence tracking processes.
Compensation & Benefits
* Support with the administration of employee benefits and company wellness programmes.
* Respond to general employee queries regarding payroll, leave, and benefits.
Employee Engagement & Events
* Assist in organizing engagement initiatives, surveys, and wellbeing programmes.
* Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and HR events.
* Participate in the People & Culture Committee.
HR Projects
* Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives as required.
* Conduct basic research and benchmarking tasks to support HR improvements.
Essential Requirements:
* Qualification in Human Resources, Law, Business, or relevant field.
* Working knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Desirable:
* CIPD Membership.
* Previous experience in a HR admin or HR support role.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Location: Limerick – Hybrid.
