Job Title:
Operations Manager - Hotel and Food Service Leadership Position
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to take on a leadership role in our hotel's operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled manager to utilize their expertise in hotel operations, management, and food service to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards throughout all aspects of the property
* Achieve targets with staff and management to optimize sales levels while minimizing operational costs
* Ensure required staffing levels are met and maintain operational standards
* Implement company operating standards for suppliers, excellence in service, hotel presentation, and customer service
* Conduct regular stock takes of forecast KPIs, GPs, labour cost, and revenue where possible losses could occur
* Work with the audit team to develop procedures to limit such losses
* Ensure smooth running of all standards of service, hygiene, and customer contact as agreed with the operations manager
* Carry out random room checks and sign off on the Room Service checklist in conjunction with the Accommodation Manager
* Interact professionally with all guests' complaints and implement corrective action, follow up complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
* Communicate all F&B details with all staff in departments and discuss changes with relevant departments
Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills with proficient spoken and written English
* Previous hotel experience and a strong background in food and beverage in an Irish property
