Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and experienced full-time Websales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent customer service skills, and dispatching of products to customers.Responsibilities:Order Picking & Packing: Accurately picking items from the warehouse inventory according to the daily dispatch list and carefully packing orders to ensure they arrive with the customer safely and professionally.Dispatch Preparation: Organizing packed orders for carrier collection, ensuring all shipping labels and documentation are correct.Customer Support: Supporting the customer service team with any customer queries.
