A dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist is required to join our team. As a key member of the recruitment function, you will be responsible for delivering proactive value-added services in a challenging environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting across various industries, including Telecoms, Construction, Civil Engineering, and Utilities. You will also possess strong time management skills, a friendly attitude, and confident sales attributes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the recruitment function for Ireland & UK
* Implement forward-thinking attraction strategies
* Build strong relationships across the business
* Develop and drive talent acquisition strategies
* Represent the company at events
* Contribute to regular reports for directors
* Establish best practice recruitment processes
Required Skills:
* Proven track record in recruitment with 3+ years' experience
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
