As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Bookkeeper & Marketing Support Specialist to join our team.This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible working hours, variety in their work, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a fast-growing Irish company.Role OverviewThis is a dual-support role, combining:Core bookkeeping and financial administration, andMarketing & social media support to strengthen our online presence.You will work remotely, managing your time independently while collaborating closely with management.Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & FinancePreparation and submission of VAT returns, VIES returns, and VAT RTDsMonthly bookkeeping including:Bank reconciliationsCreditor reconciliationsAllocating debtor receipts and preparing statementsPosting month-end journalsPreparation of management accounts (monthly / bi-monthly / quarterly)Preparation of accounts to trial balance stage for external accountantsAssisting accountants with ad-hoc requestsCompany administration tasksFleet management administrationGeneral ad-hoc administrative dutiesMarketing & Social Media SupportAssist in managing social media accounts including:FacebookInstagramTikTokLinkedInCreate, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand voiceMonitor social media performance and provide insights for improvementRespond to customer comments and messages professionally and promptlySupport marketing campaigns and promotionsStay up to date with social media trends and best practicesUse scheduling and analytics tools effectivelyBasic graphic design support (an advantage, not essential)Role Requirements EssentialMinimum 1 year bookkeeping experienceStrong attention to detail and organisation skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and time management skillsDesirableExperience with Odoo, QuickBooks, other accounting packages.Basic understanding of VAT, RCT, and payroll taxesAccounting Technician or bookkeeping qualification (advantage)Social media management experienceFamiliarity with analytics and scheduling toolsBasic graphic design skillsWhy Choose Work From Home – fully remote Flexible Hours – ideal work-life balance Varied Role – finance + marketing exposure Growing Company – innovative, future-focused business Meaningful Impact – your work directly supports company growthJob DetailsJob Type: Part-timeExpected Hours: 10–30 hours per weekSchedule: Monday to Friday (flexible)Education: Bachelor's degree preferredWork Location: RemoteHow to ApplyPlease send your:CVShort cover letter(If applicable) social media samplesor apply directly via IndeedJob Type: Part-timePay: €17.00-€25.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 – 30 per weekBenefits:Work from homeWork Location: Remote
