Early Years Educator Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who shares our commitment to providing high-quality early years care and education.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a room of children, delivering full-time early years care and education that aligns with Aistear and Siolta standards. They will work closely with colleagues to ensure a culture of professionalism, inclusion, safety, and care within the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* To plan and deliver engaging learning experiences that support children's holistic development
* To lead by example, promoting positive relationships between staff and children
* To contribute to curriculum planning, ensuring alignment with Aistear and Siolta requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with young children. They must have Fetac Level 5 (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Care and Education or relevant experience in childcare.
