Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Raise buildings that incorporate creative designs while adhering to Irish planning and building regulations;
2. Collaborate closely with other architects and site teams;
3. Create technical drawings as well as ensuring all work complies with relevant legislation;
Manage documentation accurately; Support feasibility studies by providing accurate information on regulatory requirements;],

l.Stay up-to-date about current technical guidelines like Building Regulations
, which you should be aware of.; We require candidates who have professional registration such as RIAI or RIBA-registration. Preferably they also possess hands-on knowledge regarding Ireland’s building codes.,l.The ability to manage multiple ongoing projects effectively would be highly regarded by us.,
