Elevate Partners are currently working with a leading globalfinancial institution who are actively looking to appoint an Associate Director tojoin their FIG team, in Dublin. In this role you'llwork with premier European clients, deliver complex financing solutions, anddrive the firm's strategic growth across Ireland and Europe.Key Responsibilities:· Lead the development and execution of sophisticated creditproposals, financial analyses, and risk assessments for institutional clients.· Deepen client relationships across the Financial Institutionssector, including banks, insurers, and fund managers.· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Risk,Investment Banking, and Capital Markets to deliver integrated client solutions.· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to supportstrategic growth objectives.· Oversee portfolio management, client compliance, and documentationintegrity.· Contribute to annual planning, marketing initiatives, andcross -functional projects supporting the European business.CandidateProfile:· Proven experience in corporate or institutional banking with astrong understanding of credit processes and risk culture.· Expertise in Financial Institutions, with exposure to theInsurance and/or Fund Finance sectors highly desirable.· Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to managecomplex deliverables under tight deadlines.· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship managementskills.· Professional qualification (CFA, MBA, ACT, or CA) preferred,fluency in an additional European language advantageous.TheOpportunity:· Join a high -performing European team within a globally respectedfinancial institution.· Gain exposure to a wide range of lending and non -lending products,including Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Global Transaction Banking.· Work in a collaborative, inclusive environment with strong ethicalfoundations and opportunities for professional growth and global mobility
